My name is Sophie. I'm 27 years old, from Sweden and in love with food (and my amazing boyfriend). I'm not yet in love with exercise, but I'm working on it. I reached my goal weight a few years ago but fell in love and forgot about my goals. And to be honest, I've had a really hard time finding my way back. However, a slip is not the end of the world. It's just a new start. And this time I'm determined to succeed. I'm going to accomplish all my dreams and goals.

This is just my preliminary time table; if I lose 250g/week it will take double the time but I'll still be both happy and proud. I'm losing weight the healthy way, one pound at a time.
